How do I cancel or change my order?

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

Please contact us at support@saltnfloks.com stating your problem, order number and name.

Are your goods first quality?

We strive for high quality products. Our products are fitted with multiple ethnic and eco-friendly certificates.

How do I return defective goods?

If you have gotten a damaged item, please contact us using the chat function on the bottom right of your screen. We will try and come up with a suitable solution or you can return the item.

How long will it take me to get my order?

It depends on where the order has to be shipped to. Salt N Floks is based in the Netherlands, so if you are an international customer it might take some time. Of course we will do the most to get your order as soon as possible to your doorstep.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order you will get a mail stating that we received your order. Once the order will be sent you will get a mail stating your order has been sent and the tracking code.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose between various options for your payment that will show at the checkout.

How can I ship my order?

If possible ship your order back using the carton we send you. We send you the shipping info via mail so you can print it and attach it to the carton.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

Yes, we ship internationally and accept international credit cards.

Do you accept backorders?

No, we don’t accept backorders.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will get in contact with you if your order is out of stock. Of course this is very unlikely because we are tracking our stock with a WMS. However if this somehow happens we will refund your money accordingly.
