We are really thankful for your order at Salt N Floks.
Something wrong or does your item not fit you properly?
You have 14 days to decide whether you wish to keep your item(s).
Please keep in mind that distribution is one the biggest pollution factors for our beloved earth. So please be aware and try to keep returns at a minimum.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returning your online order / Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your order for a different size, color or item, we're happy to help. The easiest and fastest way is to return your unwanted item(s) and then place a new order for the desired item(s).
We want to make your return is easy as possible. Simply follow these steps and you will be on your way to a successful return.
For the return process you will have to go through the following steps:
- Contact us sending an email to welcome@saltnfloks.com stating your order number and the item(s) you are going to send back.
- Explain the reason of retour
- Make sure to include the packing slip with the items that will be returned
- Send the item(s) back in the cartons we send you.
You will have to send the items to Salt N Floks, Hildebrandlaan 16, 3768GW Soest, Netherlands
Note: Salt N Floks will not pay for any costs regarding the package/sending. If you had free shipping on your original order, the initial shipping costs will be invoiced.
If you have received a defective item, we want to know so we can arrange an solution if you want to. Clarify with photos. If we can not come up with a correct solution, you naturally have the right to return the article and will be refunded accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
